    Delivery Times

    All orders are usually dispatched within 1-3 business days of receiving payment. Orders are processed once we have received bank transfer payments, credit card authorization, and verification have been obtained. Orders are processed from Monday to Friday during working hours. As soon as your order leaves our HQ, you will be updated. You will also receive a shipping confirmation email including your tracking number.

    Brexit

    The United Kingdom is no longer part of the European Union. Our delivery service to the UK is still operating normally. Please note that due to Brexit, a customs declaration must be submitted for your shipment. In order for the customs declaration, your shipment to the UK must be provided with a commercial or proforma invoice. This means your invoice details will be attached and appear on your parcel.

    Public Holidays

    Please excuse any delay in response or fulfillment of orders due to public and/or national holidays. HortuS SEEd rESErvE is committed to delivering your orders in a timely manner, however, at these times, it may take a little bit of extra time to receive your order due to the national postal service during these holidays. All orders placed on a public holiday in NL will be processed on the next working day and will be sent out ASAP.

    Any goods sent back to hortuS SEEd rESErVe without prior consent from hortuS SEEd rESErVe will be sent back at your cost.

    Returned goods must be in new, unused and in their original packaging condition.

    All returns are the responsibility of the customer until you reach us; we advise that you use proof of postage or signed for delivery to ensure no problems. Make sure to list your order number and any information to help with processing. The goods should be sent back with a recorded service, as we will not be responsible for returns lost in the post.

    Please make sure your details are 100% correct and fully completed before submitting and processing your order. If your order is returned to our office we will be happy to re-send it. If your order is NOT returned to our office we take no responsibility and we will not be able to re-send it free of charge under any circumstances.

    We are happy to assist you with any problems or queries about your order within 30 days from the date when the order is sent.

    Damaged / Faulty Goods

    In the unlikely event that an item is found to be faulty or damaged, you may send it back for a replacement or refund. Please contact us within 14 days of receipt of your order and return the goods as per our returns policy above. Your replacement goods will be shipped (or your payment will be refunded) within 14 days of receipt of your return.

    ExchangEs

    If you would like to exchange your item(s) for different products. Please contact us within 14 days of receipt of your order and return the goods as per our returns policy above. Please note this does not apply to cannabis seeds and only merchandise items. Returned goods must be new, unused and in they’re original packaging. Please detail, which item(s) you would like to receive as a replacement.

    We will charge your card for the cost of sending these replacements out to you, as well as any extra balance that your updated order may incur. If you paid with an alternative method, you will need to cover any extra cost before the replacement goods are shipped. if the replacement goods’ cost is lower than your returned goods, you will be refunded the difference, minus the shipping costs.

    CancElling ordEr information

    If your order has been paid for and you do not want the items you can request to change them for another item(s) of equal or lesser value. We do not offer any refunds once an order has been processed fully on our website.

    Shopping with HortusCannabis.com

    You can order products in the following ways: Online via this website www.HortusCannabis.com

    When you place an order for a product in any of the ways described ("Order") you are offering to buy it for the price stated, subject to these "Terms and conditions".

    Once the user has placed an order online, we will send you an email to confirm that we have received it.

    This email confirmation will be automatically sent to your allocated mailbox so that you have confirmation of your order details.

    The fact that you receive an automatic confirmation however does not necessarily mean that we will be able to fulfill your order.

    Once we have sent the confirmation email we will then check availability and contact you with a further email.

    If the product is available and the details of the order are correct, this email will be deemed an acceptance and will specify delivery details and confirm the price of the products purchased.

    If the product is not available we will also let you know by email. hortuscannabis.com may cancel any sale and not supply products if it is reasonable to do so and may change or discontinue the availability of products at any time at its sole discretion.

    If an order is cancelled, any payment made for the products will be refunded in full. This does not affect your statutory rights. All new Orders are deemed separate and each is treated individually.The customer will receive an email confirming their order and a second with the invoice once paid. If we see that we do not have something in stock we will contact the customer to propose an alternative solution. The customer will receive a third email once the order is shipped with the shipping details.

    Price

    The price for each product shown on hortuscannabis.com includes V.A.T up to 21%.

    If we discover an error in pricing of the products in your order we will inform you as soon as possible using the contact details you supplied us with. We will then give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it. (If we are unable to reach you we will treat the order as cancelled).

    If an order is cancelled, any payment made for the products will be refunded in full back to the same payment used in sale.

    You will be notified of the delivery costs automatically before you submit your credit card details, based on the delivery address you specify online.

    Prices are quoted on HortusCannabis.com are in Euros, orders outside Netherlands your credit card company should exchange the amount charged to the currency of your country at the current rate but you may use the HortusCannabis.com currency converter (located top left of the website) to estimate the price in your preferred currency.

    Please note that the 'currency converter' is only a guide and may not accurately reflect current exchange rates.

    Please note that both charges and refunds are in Euros and HortusCannabis.com cannot be held responsible for any loss due to exchange rate fluctuations.

    Customers are responsible for their own Import Duty/Tax in their respective countries. Unfortunately we cannot advise you what these costs will be - please consult your local customs office for more information.

    If an item is bought during a sale, you will be refunded the sale price.

    We try to keep HortusCannabis.com as up to date as possible but cannot guarantee that any particular product will always be available. If we can't supply a product you will not be charged for it and we will refund or re-credit your account with the amount debited by us.

    All offers are available while stocks last. If we are unable to supply a product you have ordered, we will notify you as soon as we can after receiving your order. If this happens, you may cancel your order and we will refund you the money you have paid for it, or have the opportunity to choose an alternative / similar item.

    Delivery

    HortusCannabis.com delivers to all international destinations where is not illegal to ship seeds.

    You will be notified via email about the delivery once the invoice is processed.

    If your order is made online by any other means of payment, please contact us for details of the delivery charges prior to ordering.

    hortuscannabis.com aims to deliver products within 4-10 Working days in most circumstances, however, each product has a link on the product page stating the estimated delivery time for that product and you should refer to these for more details about delivery times.

    Orders are dispatched either by international airmail or international courier service. If sending by courier, the couriers require a signature so please specify an address where someone will be able to sign for your Products.

    We will make every effort to deliver within the time stated on HortusCannabis.com but we will not be liable for any loss caused to you by late delivery.

    If the products are not delivered within the estimated delivery time, which we quote, please contact us by telephone or email and we will try and ensure that you receive your order as quickly as possible, or if you wish you may cancel your order and we will refund the money you have paid. Please note that while items sent by international airmail usually arrive within 4-10 working days, some parcels may take longer to be delivered. We cannot refund until goods are returned or declared lost.

    If declared lost by courier after 2 weeks, we will send a replacement out.

    Please order from HortusCannabis.com with enough lead-time to prevent any loss or disappointment resulting from the delivery time, as we cannot be responsible for this.

    If goods returned to us as not called for, we reserve the right to charge for re stocking or re delivery.

    Refunds

    We believe that you will be very satisfied with your product but there may be occasions where you feel it necessary to return an item. We aim to keep the process as simple as possible. These terms do not affect your statutory rights.

    We will try to attend to all returns as soon as practically possible.

    For the reasons of hygiene, we are unable to accept returns of any items, which have been used or worn, unless faulty.

    We do not offer refunds or returns for seeds.

    Unwanted Products

    Our policy is to ensure that you are satisfied every time you place an order with HortusCannabis.com. If you are not satisfied with an item when you receive it or if you simply change your mind please return it, with the dispatch note, unused, having taken reasonable care of it and complete with packaging and all components, for a full refund within 30 working days.

    We will make the refund directly to the credit/charge card used to place the original order within 30 days or earlier once we have inspected the returned item and are satisfied that it has been returned to us in the condition it was in when delivered to you.

    You will only have to pay for the return postage of the products, which must be by registered post.

    We do not refund on original postage or return postage, if the free postage option was chosen at original checkout. All unwanted goods will be charged the original postage costs plus €5.00 admin fee. Seeds are not applicable for unwanted products.

    Faulty Products

    We try to select and package the products as well as possible to ensure they arrive in good condition. However, if a product arrives damaged or with defects, or is not what you ordered, we will replace it free of charge or provide a full refund as appropriate, if you return the product to us at the postal address below within 30 days of receipt, by registered post. This is not applicable for seeds.

    In these circumstances we will also pay you the cost of the return postage. Please obtain a proof of posting certificate from your Post Office to enable us to process the refund for your return postage costs.

    You will only have to pay for the return postage of the Products.

    Returning Unwanted or Faulty Products

    Please contact us by email hortus@hortuscannabis.com to inform us of your wish to return products.

    We may allocate you with a returns code, which should be included with the package to improve processing of your return.

    You will be responsible for the returned products until they reach us.
